The preschool children were treated to a wonderful tour of the local Petsmart. As we kicked off our week talking about domestic pets the kids really enjoyed the opportunity to get out of the center get on the bus and get to see lots of animals. The tour guide showed them many pets and brought out Guinea pig, a tortoise and the learned the difference between a turtle and a tortoise. She also discussed how to take care of our pets and also what the vet what his job was with the animals how he treats and grooms them. It was a great and fun learning experience. |
