The preschool children were excited on their lesson on the Asian culture, the week started out by learning where Asia is and about their foods, customs, they discussed rice fields and how they remove their shoes when they enter their house. The kids also learned about Chinese New Year. We painted with chopsticks and finished our week off with a special guest speaker, one of kidskare own teachers Ms. Barbara who gave them a presentation on Asian culture awareness and performed for them teaching the kids a few of their movements. |
