The preschool children were treated to a day of learning about nature at the River Center. They were first read books talking about nature emphasizing on frogs and tadpoles, they then took a hike where they were able to see these in the pond. During the hike they also were able to see rabbits, lizards and bugs. Next they went into the huge man made owl nest and pretended to be owls. They ended the morning making frog mask. The kids had a great time!! |
